Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for your service at Recourse Finance.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we're here to help. 

Returns 

You have 3 (change this) calendar days to cancel request a service from the date you taken it. 

To be eligible for a cancel request, your service must be unused and in the same status that you booked it. Your service must be in its original status. 

Your service needs to have a receipt or proof of service. 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have checked your service. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the service. 

If your cancel request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own refund costs for returning your service. refund costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of cancel request refund will be deducted from your refund.
